30 August 2010: DAY 242 (WEEK 36)

we went to my kids' school to submit some other documents to complete their registration. i really appreciate the friendliness of the principal and the lady in the office who is in-charge of student files.
after our appointment at the school, we went to my brother's house. we take the bus to go there ( and mostly everywhere... hehehe). i just took a photo of the bus. im starting to get used to the public transportation now...

31 August 2010: DAY 243 (WEEK 36)

we went out to buy uniforms and shoes the kids need for school. rafael and isabelle were both so excited shopping.
here are the shoes we bought! me and sofia got new pairs too!!!


and when we got home, nitz and rafael raked the front lawn....

29 August 2010: DAY 241 (WEEK 35)

another celebration of my sister-in-law's birthday! this time in their home and they invited some of their friends...


ice cream cake, anyone..? (and everyone raised their hands..hehehe).

28 August 2010: DAY 240 (WEEK 35)

we had another dinner invitation!! (now you will understand how i gained 5 kilos since i got here...!! hahaha). some friends of my brother and sister-in-law prepared something to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday! (aren't they such wonderful friends?!!) and thank you for inviting us too...

today we got invited to utoy's and dashel's birthday celebration!

26 August 2010: DAY 238 (WEEK 35)

we got invited to another of my brother's friend's house for dinner and swimming!
rafael was the most excited of all to swim.

25 August 2010: DAY 237 (WEEK 35)

rafael helped me cook pancakes. i poured them on the pan and he flipped them when they were ready. he was so proud to tell his sisters he cooked their pancakes.
