22 June 2010: DAY 173 (WEEK 26)

it's rafael birthday!!! we agreed not to have a party on his birthday because we had been busy with the preparation of the house. rafael was ok with that. so he and his cousins just watched a movie (toy story 3) and then when they got home, we just ordered pizza.
this is our gift for rafael... his very own bike!! he wasn't too excited about the bike... because i think he was hoping for a Wii or playstation game. but he still manage to put a smile on his face and thank me and his papa for the gift.


rafael's cake was from tito ed and tita mel!


so basically it was just me and my brother's family who celebrated rafael's birthday.

ok.. so i have to return the bike to exchange it for a smaller bike because what we bought was too big for rafael...
at the end of the evening, rafael did say to me that he liked the gift anyway. i just promised him to buy him another geronimo stilton book to add to his collection as an additional birthday present. he gave me a sweet smile... i know he liked it.
