WEEK 43: october 24-25...

october 25 -- it was a lazy night... and when i say lazy it basically means i am not in the mood to cook. my dear husband was kind enough to prepare dinner for us!! of course it cannot be anything complicated but i really appreciate when he volunteers to prepare the food. this is like a quiche and i love it! he also prepared soup to go with that.

and he used this mini-oven that he just bought. i think it is very convenient when you are only cooking/baking/reheating small amount or quantity of food. it works well!(there are certain food that i don't re-heated in the microwave...and reheating it in a real over is really too much. so this is good!)


october 24 -- after attending mass we ate at one of our favorite restaurant, hippopotamus!
