i volunteered to accompany isabelle's class to the skating arena. i was hoping to go alone but last night nitz mentioned that he has to go to a job hunting seminar/workshop! and i had to bring sofia with me. i was thinking of not going to isabelle's skating but i know the teacher was expecting me. so i brought sofia to school too.
that morning it was snowing quite heavily(!!) and the class would be walking from the school to the arena. i was thinking it was no problem since i had the stroller for sofia. then when we started walking, i noticed that the sidewalks were covered with snow (at least 7cm deep!!!)! i was really having a hard time pushing the stroller because i was dragging all the snow with the wheels... it was so so so difficult! i got left behind by the class... but i made it to the arena in time.

and after awhile she was able to let go and glide slowly.
i was so proud of isabelle!
on our way back, a parent offered us a ride. she sure saved us. she even brought sofia and i home.

walking with a stroller through such a deep snow is really heavy - glad you survived ;-) and got a ride back.
